Hi, I’m Jazmyne, and I help middle schoolers finally get math.
Math shouldn’t feel like a mystery. Over the past 5 years, I’ve helped students move from frustration and anxiety to confidence and even enjoyment. I focus on middle school math because this is the turning point — strong skills built now make high school so much smoother.
Why I Teach
I know what math struggles feel like because I lived them. As a student, I often found math confusing and overwhelming, but I worked hard and pushed through. That experience showed me something important: no child is “bad at math”; they just need the right support.
I started Bright Minds Math Tutoring to give every child the tools, strategies, and encouragement they need to succeed. Seeing that “aha!” moment when a tough concept finally clicks is what drives me every day.
